Welcome to my Cookery collection

I first started a collection of recipes 8 years ago following a request from my step daughter for a couple things I used to make. It grew and grew and I started to add recipes I wanted to keep for me too. Unfortunately I have never organised it to a sensible blog, easy to use and find things. This is the new version (I hope!). It is a collection of old family recipes, some my grandparents, some from other relatives. Then there are the ones I have wanted to keep from famous Chefs, those are credited where I have used them in their original form or the chef is mentioned where I have tinkered. Finally there are things I have put together myself, through trial and error (sometimes lots of failures) Please leave me a comment or ask a question and I will answer as soon as I can. Rosemary
